I had shared my KYC details on FreeCharge App. Why am I being asked to submit or complete KYC again?
As per RBI guidelines, the KYC declared by you, is part of Min-KYC, which is valid only for 24 Months from the date of submission.However, if you were an existing FreeCharge user and didn’t exercise the option of submitting KYC details before 28th, Feb 2018, your Wallet account has been converted into Min KYC Wallet on 1st March 2018. In this case, your KYC will expire on 28th, Feb 2019, even if KYC details were submitted on later date.
