1. Repayment instruction / instrument return charges - Rs.400/- per instance of dishonor of cheque /SI/ECS/NACH debit instruction (including GST)

2. Default Interest Rate - For due Amount 0-2,00,000, Late Payment penalty is @24% per annum, there is no capping for late fee.

3. Duplicate statement issuance charges - Rs. 250/- per instance per set + GST as applicable.

4. Duplicate Amortisation Schedule Issuance Charges - Rs. 250/- per instance per set + GST as applicable.

5. Duplicate Interest Certificate (Provisional/ Actual) issuance charges - Rs. 250/- per instance per set + GST as applicable.

6. CIBIL Report issuance charges - Rs. 50/- per instance per set + GST as applicable.

7. Charges for subsequent set of Photocopy of loan agreement/documents where requested by Borrower - Rs. 250/- per instance per set + GST as applicable.

8. No Dues Certificate generation charges (Duplicate) - Rs. 50/- per instance per set + GST as applicable

9. Stamp Duty Charges - As per State Stamp Act

10. Foreclosure/Part Prepayment Charges - NIL
