Why am I receiving a verification code via SMS?

In case you have not upgraded to the latest FreeCharge app, you would not be able to view the #OnTheGo Pin. That is why we also send a one-time verification code via SMS so that transactions take place smoothly. The validity of this verification code is also 3 minutes.The #OnTheGo Pin is always accessible in FreeCharge app and enables quicker transactions. Upgrade to the new FreeCharge app and use the #OnTheGo Pin the next time you head to your favourite offline stores.
