My money has been debited from bank account, but I can’t see it in my account.

Please be rest assued! This issue may occur because of the following reason:

The bank debits the amount from the customer and sometimes is not able to update the payment platform immediately. In this case, it is advisable to wait for sometime, in case the fulfillment is after a day.


Incase of Poor internet connectivity while transacting, Freecharge does reconciliation with the banks and we roll back the money to customer's account. Usually, it take 5 to 7 business days for the money to reflected in your account depending on the bank. But the request is made to the concerned bank usually in a day.
