My payment is successful but my order status still shows as pending

Usually, DTH recharges on Freecharge are completed instantly. In rare cases, however, your DTH recharge may take time due to technical difficulties. In these cases, it means that we are waiting for a payment confirmation from your DTH provider. 

The status of your pending DTH recharge payment will be auto-updated within 2 working days from the date of your payment.

We recommend you to check the final status of this recharge in the My Transactions section of your Freecharge app.
